Molecule structure files are available from many sources, such as from other programs or on the web. Try to import the structure files below from Spartan to WebMO or from WebMO to Spartan.

² Spartan to WebMO

Step1:build molecule → file → save as

Step2: Choose file type

Step3:open Webmo → file → import molecule

Result:

 WebMO to Spartan

Step1:File → New

Step2:build molecule → File → Export Molecule

Step3:open Spartan → file → open → choose file
